| 8. What method of payment can I use ? |
| For now, we accept Canadian and American dollars payments. You can use several methods of payment, such as:
- Cheque made to SBM GIGA Inc.
- Money order made to SBM GIGA Inc.
- Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, DISCOVER)
- Cash on delivery service (COD) Canada only

| 9. How long will it take to get my order ? |
| The orders paid by credit cards or by money orders, as well as those paid on delivery (COD) are shipped within 24 hours of the reception of the order. Orders paid by cheque will be sent seven (7) to fourteen (14) days after reception, to allow processing and approving at the bank. Orders are shipped by EXPRESS MAIL in Canada and it usually takes from three (3) to five (5) days to reach its destination.
In USA, all orders are shipped by USPS, priority mail, which should be delivered within four (4) to eight (8) days.
For other countries, we use the services of Postes Canada and the postal service of the other country. We unfortunately cannot determine the delivery time since it depends on the postal services of each country. Usually, deliveries are made within twelve (12) to twenty (20) days of the date of shipment.
